**THE POSITION**

We are hiring a Regional Marketing Manager (Pets) for IMETA (India, Middle East, Turkey, Africa) based in Dubai.
- and long-term brand target and deliver ambitious results.

This position reports directly to the Business Segment Head Ruminant and Veterinary Public Health IMETA.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Prepare Strategic Marketing Plans of assigned products according to determined timelines to ensure optimum short and long-term development, market contribution and responsible for the achievement of related targets.
- Ensure budget achievement of agreed sales targets as well as the long-term growth of assigned products.
- Assess market indicators and competition landscape to generate insights and execution
- Drive and manage overall commercial / marketing campaigns and price management
- Define and guide the brand/account/activation plans within the local teams and global stakeholders also focusing on portfolio management
- Develop Sales force capabilities by fostering specific trainings and change management initiatives - upskilling retail and vet teams

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or Veterinary Medicine
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience within in pharmaceutical marketing preferably in a regional setting
- Favorable to have worked in complex structures, to have driven change
- Ability to travel
- Business and Marketing Acumen
- Customer Orientation
