Job Purpose:CBRE Excellerate is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Business Development Manager to join regional leadership team located in United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible to develop the local Facility Management market, to support our growth strategy, build strong relationship to new and existing clients and close new business opportunities within the Middle East Region.Key Tasks:To negotiate and successfully close sales opportunities to meet and exceed agreed sales targets within the target markets agreed by the Regional Managing Director ME.To develop and build long-term professional customer relationships with existing, new and potential clients. Maintain excellent relationships and after sales support to build mutual confidence in line with the agreed business strategy.To identify and build a long term active pipeline, exploring both existing markets and targeting new market opportunities. Introduces products that align to customer needs within our strategic segmentsUse innovative means and leverage CBRE Excellerate network and connections to develop new sources of profitable business.Take complete ownership of develop and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations, in line with Company standards. Generate tenders and relevant document preparation, using the specialist support functions (procurement, HR, QHS etc) as well as local managers and the Business Development Directors.Raise the company and business profile by representing CBRE Excellerate at industry events, high level networking and promoting an image of professionalism at all times.Ensure that the Senior Management is fully aware of all activities. Liaise regularly with the Regional Managing Director ME to ensure he is fully updated on all sales activities and potential new business opportunities.Adheres to all governance processes, timelines and maintenance updates of CRM systems.Possesses industry knowledge in 3 or more service lines and can articulate the value proposition and apply creative approaches that support the GWS operating model.Develop a full understanding of CBRE Excellerate enterprise capabilities, products, services and offerings to ensure that we offer the most unique solution to the customer. Ensure this knowledge is permeated throughout the target customer base.Understanding in full bidding process and manage it end-to-end.Strong knowledge in commercials and technicality of the projects.Support re-bids and variations for existing clients.Ensure that appropriate signoffs are adhered to when considering new business opportunities
