Now, as the connected lifestyle continues to evolve, TP-Link is expanding today to exceed the demands of tomorrow.What you will do?Job Overview:The Channel Sales Manager for TP-LINK's UAE Surveillance Channel Market will be responsible for driving sales, developing channel partnerships, and expanding market presence for TP-LINK's surveillance products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the surveillance and security market in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:1.
Sales Strategy and Execution:·
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for TP-LINK surveillance products.·
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators.·
Manage and grow relationships with existing channel partners to maximize sales opportunities.2.
Market Development:·
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the UAE surveillance market.·
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and promotional activities.·
Work closely with marketing teams to create and deliver effective marketing campaigns and sales collateral.3.
Channel Partner Support:·
Provide training and support to channel partners on TP-LINK surveillance products and solutions.·
Assist partners with product demonstrations, technical queries, and sales presentations.·
Develop joint business plans with key partners to drive mutual growth and success.4.
Performance Monitoring:·
Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth.·
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.·
Ensure channel partners adhere to TP-LINK's sales policies and guidelines.5.
Collaboration and Coordination:·
Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, customer support, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.·
Coordinate with global sales teams to align strategies and leverage best practices.·
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance market visibility and partner relationships.What Talent do you bring?Qualifications:Education:· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.Experience:· Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably within the surveillance, security, or IT industry.· Proven track record of managing and growing channel partner networks and achieving sales targets.Skills:· Strong understanding of surveillance products, technologies, and market dynamics.· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Certifications:· Relevant industry certifications are advantageous.Other Requirements:· Willingness to travel within the UAE as needed.· Valid driver’s license.What's in it for you?
