Position Overview:


As a Channel Sales Person in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), you will be responsible for managing and expanding the sales of products through various distribution channels.

This role requires a highly motivated and result-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be collaborating with channel partners and retailers to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Partner Management:

  • Identify potential channel partners and build strong business relationships with them.
  • Collaborate with existing partners to ensure a smooth and effective distribution process.
  • Conduct regular meetings with channel partners to discuss sales performance, marketing strategies, and growth opportunities.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through existing and new channels.
  • Participate in sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and services.

Product and Market Knowledge:

  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Acquire indepth knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to channel partners and customers.

Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials for channel partners.
  • Assist channel partners in executing marketing activities to generate leads and increase sales.

Contract Negotiation and Management:

  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with channel partners, ensuring mutual benefits and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and enforce contractual terms to ensure partner compliance and commitment.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts for management review.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data to improve overall sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in channel sales, distribution, or business development in the UAE.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with channel partners and internal teams.
  • Salesdriven and targetoriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with the UAE market, business practices, and cultural norms.
  • Fluency in English,Hindi; knowledge of Malyalam and Arabic is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other salesrelated tools.
