Position Overview:
As a Channel Sales Person in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), you will be responsible for managing and expanding the sales of products through various distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Management:
- Identify potential channel partners and build strong business relationships with them.
- Collaborate with existing partners to ensure a smooth and effective distribution process.
- Conduct regular meetings with channel partners to discuss sales performance, marketing strategies, and growth opportunities.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through existing and new channels.
- Participate in sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and services.
Product and Market Knowledge:
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Acquire indepth knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to channel partners and customers.
Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials for channel partners.
- Assist channel partners in executing marketing activities to generate leads and increase sales.
Contract Negotiation and Management:
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with channel partners, ensuring mutual benefits and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and enforce contractual terms to ensure partner compliance and commitment.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts for management review.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data to improve overall sales performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in channel sales, distribution, or business development in the UAE.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with channel partners and internal teams.
- Salesdriven and targetoriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with the UAE market, business practices, and cultural norms.
- Fluency in English,Hindi; knowledge of Malyalam and Arabic is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other salesrelated tools.
