Job Title: Relationship Manager – Team Leader (Secondary Market)

Role Overview

The Relationship Manager – Team Leader (Secondary Market) oversees a team of secondary-market agents, drives revenue growth, builds high-value client relationships, and ensures all sales activities reflect the company's luxury standards. This role is responsible for training, performance management, and closing high-quality deals in the secondary property market.


Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance

Lead, motivate, and mentor secondary-market agents to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Conduct daily briefings, weekly reviews, and performance evaluations with the sales team.

Monitor KPIs such as calls, meetings, listings, and client follow-ups.

Enforce company policies on attendance, dress code, and professionalism.

Sales & Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and referral partners.

Conduct property presentations, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.

Ensure all listings are accurate, updated, and well-presented across all platforms.

Handle premium clients and sensitive cases to maintain company reputation.

Secondary Market Expertise

Stay updated on Dubai's secondary real estate trends, pricing, communities, and transaction processes.

Provide agents with guidance on valuations, comparative market analysis (CMA), and negotiation strategies.

Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns focused on secondary market opportunities.

Training & Development

Train new and existing agents on sales techniques, CRM usage, client management, and market knowledge.

Work closely with HR on the mentorship program and weekly training sessions.

Identify performance gaps and support improvement through structured plans.

Operational & Reporting

Oversee the quality of leads, their distribution, and follow-up standards.

Ensure timely updates on CRM and maintain full transparency on client interactions.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for the CEO.

Support HR and management in recruitment of new agents.


Requirements

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Dubai real estate, with strong secondary market expertise.

Proven track record of closing deals and leading a sales team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Strong understanding of RERA regulations and Dubai property laws.

Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude matching a luxury brand.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
