Job Title: Relationship Manager – Team Leader (Secondary Market)

Department: Sales

Reports To: CEO

Role Overview

The Relationship Manager – Team Leader (Secondary Market) is responsible for driving sales performance, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional client service within the secondary real estate market. The role focuses on lead conversion, property listings, client relationship management, and maintaining the company's luxury brand standards.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, coach, and motivate sales agents to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Assign leads fairly and strategically based on agent experience levels.

Conduct daily and weekly performance evaluations and ensure KPI adherence.

Support agents with training, mentorship, and guidance on closing deals.

Identify top performers and assist HR in reward/recognition processes.

  1. Secondary Market Sales Operations

Manage and grow the secondary property portfolio.

Oversee listing acquisition, property presentations, viewings, and negotiations.

Ensure all listings are updated, verified, and marketed through CRM and portals.

Improve lead conversion through strategic follow-up and strong market knowledge.

  1. Client Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and partners.

Ensure high-quality communication and professional client handling at every step.

Oversee after-sales follow-up and maintain long-term client relationships.

Handle escalations and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

  1. Compliance, Reporting & Coordination

Ensure all transactions follow RERA regulations and company policies.

Prepare weekly sales reports, performance analysis, and market insights for management.

Coordinate with marketing to improve property exposure and lead quality.

Work closely with HR for hiring, training, and performance reviews of the sales team.

  1. Professional Standards

Ensure team adherence to company dress code, appearance, and conduct standards.

Promote the company's luxury positioning through client interactions and presentations.

Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai's secondary real estate market trends.


Requirements

Proven experience in Dubai real estate, especially the secondary market.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to mentor teams and manage performance effectively.

Familiarity with CRM systems, real estate regulations, and listing platforms.

High level of professionalism and client service orientation.
