Role Overview

The Relationship Manager – Team Leader (Secondary Market) leads the secondary sales division, drives revenue growth, and ensures high-quality client service aligned with the company's luxury brand standards. The role focuses on developing strong client relationships, managing a high-performing sales team, and expanding Signature Collection Realty's presence in Dubai's secondary property market.


Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of secondary sales agents.

Assign leads based on experience level and monitor follow-ups.

Conduct daily and weekly performance meetings to track KPIs, activities, and results.

Ensure agents maintain professional appearance, attitude, and client handling aligned with company standards.

Support agents in negotiations, closing deals, and overcoming client objections.

Sales & Client Management

Handle premium clients and provide personalized real estate advisory.

Oversee full sales cycle: prospecting, property tours, offers, negotiations, and closing.

Maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.

Ensure the CRM is updated, with accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and activities.

Promote after-sales services, client retention efforts, and build strong referral networks.

Strategy & Market Development

Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue in the secondary market.

Analyze market trends, pricing, competitor activities, and client demand.

Recommend areas for growth, roadshows, and B2B opportunities.

Collaborate with HR, marketing, and the CEO to align team objectives with company goals.

Training & Development

Conduct training sessions on:

Luxury sales strategies

Client communication & relationship management

Lead conversion methods

Market knowledge & pricing trends

Support the HR mentorship system and ensure new agents receive proper onboarding and guidance.

Reporting & Compliance

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.

Ensure agents meet KPI targets, including calls, meetings, listings, and CRM updates.

Maintain professional ethics, legal compliance, and transparency in all transactions.


Requirements

Proven experience in Dubai real estate, specifically in the secondary market.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-handling abilities.

Deep understanding of Dubai communities, pricing, and property trends.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
