Role Overview
The Relationship Manager / Team Leader for the Secondary Market is responsible for driving sales performance, managing agents, building strong client relationships, and growing the company's secondary market portfolio. The role requires strong leadership, deep Dubai real estate market knowledge, and the ability to close deals while guiding a team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Performance
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales agents specializing in secondary market properties.
Assign leads based on agent experience and monitor follow-up quality.
Conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Ensure agents meet KPIs for calls, viewings, offers, and closed deals.
Manage team discipline, attendance, and professionalism.
- Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors.
Handle high-value clients and provide personalized consultations.
Support team members during client meetings, negotiations, and closing.
Ensure excellent after-sales service and long-term client retention.
- Secondary Market Operations
Source exclusive secondary listings and maintain updated property portfolios.
Oversee property valuations, pricing strategies, and comparative market analysis.
Ensure all documentation, compliance, and RERA requirements are met.
Coordinate with marketing for property photoshoots, campaigns, and online listings.
- Business Growth & Strategy
Develop strategies to increase listings and closing rates.
Analyze market trends and provide insights to management.
Drive team participation in roadshows, events, and B2B partnerships.
Support company vision and contribute ideas to strengthen the secondary division.
KPIs
Number of closed secondary deals (monthly/quarterly).
Team performance metrics (calls, viewings, follow-ups, closing ratio).
Number of exclusive listings acquired.
Client satisfaction and retention.
Revenue contribution to the company.
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years' experience in Dubai real estate (secondary market).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Deep knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing, and market trends.
RERA certification preferred.
High level of professionalism, appearance, and ethics.
