Role Overview

The Relationship Manager – Team Leader (Secondary Market) leads a high-performing sales team focused on secondary market transactions. The role drives revenue, manages client relationships, ensures excellent service standards, and supports Signature Collection Realty's reputation in the luxury real estate segment.


Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance

Lead, mentor, and supervise secondary market sales agents to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide daily guidance, coaching, and support to enhance team productivity and closing rates.

Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure agents follow company standards, CRM processes, and professional guidelines.

Assign leads effectively and ensure timely follow-ups and pipeline updates.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and property owners.

Oversee negotiations and ensure smooth closing processes for secondary sales.

Deliver consistent after-sales service and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Market Strategy & Business Growth

Analyze Dubai's secondary market trends to identify new opportunities for listings and sales.

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

Expand the company's network of landlords, investors, and brokers.

Operational & Administrative Duties

Ensure team compliance with company policies, professional conduct, and dress code standards.

Monitor CRM entries, documentation accuracy, and sales pipelines.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

Coordinate with marketing to enhance listing exposure and team branding.


Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in Dubai's secondary real estate market (minimum 2–3 years).

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.

Deep understanding of RERA regulations and Dubai property laws.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and high attention to detail.
