Job Title: IT Business Development Executive (UAE Market)
Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years in IT Business Development.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, a strong network within the UAE market, and the ability to identify and close new business opportunities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of IT products, services, and solutions, including Cloud Services & SaaS Solutions, Software & ERP Services, Cybersecurity, Data Center Services, Business continuity, Disaster Recovery, IT Infrastructure Services & Solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to ensure consistent business growth.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored IT solutions that meet their requirements.
- Leverage an existing customer base and network to generate new leads and close deals.
- Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure business.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Strong customer base and network in the UAE market, with the ability to leverage relationships for business growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven in IT sales.
- Experience working with clients across multiple industries.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, market trends, and customer pain points.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team to achieve goals.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Compensation Package
Salary: Basic Pay + Incentive
The Incentive is contingent upon achieving sales and collection.
Note: Salary will be determined based on the specified qualifications and experience.
