Creative Closets, part of Maan Aljasser Investment LLC, is a well-established market leader in premium custom closets and storage solutions with a strong reputation across the region. We are looking for a skilled Business Development Executive to support our ongoing growth through strategic client acquisition and high-value deal closures.

This role is pure sales; ideal for strong closers who excel at building relationships, creating opportunities, and converting leads into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients across real estate, interior design, architecture, luxury sectors, and individual homeowners who may require custom storage solutions.
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, calls, your database, and in-person networking.
  • Present Creative Closets' solutions professionally and persuasively.
  • Book qualified meetings and guide prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Follow up consistently to ensure deal closure.
  • Maintain and update your sales pipeline and CRM records accurately.

Requirements

  • Must be UAE-based with solid knowledge of the UAE market.
  • Must have a valid UAE Visa.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience (luxury, real estate, or B2B preferred).
  • Excellent communication and closing skills.
  • Russian and English fluency is a must.
  • Confident engaging senior executives and high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong professional network, especially in real estate or interior design, is an advantage.

Compensation

  • Uncapped commission-only structure
