Job Summary
Business development executive is responsible to identify and onboard new Clients, along with maintaining existing relationship to promote longevity. The role reports to the general manager depending on the matters supported and is part of Business Development function. The role has a functional reporting line to the COO.
Core Responsibilities
- Attract new Clients through innovative approach and oversee the sales process for the business
- Prepare and deliver sales pitch to new potential Clients
- Understand Client needs and offer quick solutions
- Ensure best in class Customer service through regular interaction and follow ups
- Conduct market study and present trend analysis
- Collaborate with senior managers to identify and manage key performance and key risk indicators
- Foster a collaborative environment with E2E business functions
- Translate proposals into ready to sign agreements/ contracts
Qualifications
- Candidate willing to work in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah region
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Driving Licence is mandatory
- Proficient written and verbal communication with the ability to present to Senior Management
- Able to manage time critical frequent demands with tight deadlines and to work under pressure
- Self-motivated to bring business proposals and make deals
