Job Description:

Copernicus Advertising is urgently seeking a
Procurement Officer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage all purchasing activities, ensuring efficient sourcing and timely procurement for advertising, event, and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee
    end-to-end procurement operations
  • from supplier sourcing to delivery.
  • Evaluate and negotiate with
    vendors, suppliers, and contractors
    for best value.
  • Manage
    purchase orders, quotations, and approvals
    in line with project needs.
  • Maintain accurate
    records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
  • Coordinate with the
    accounts and project teams
    to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor
    inventory and stock levels
    for ongoing projects.
  • Ensure compliance with
    company procurement policies and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Valid UAE Driving License
    (mandatory).
  • Minimum
    2–3 years of procurement experience
    , preferably in
    advertising, events, or production industries.
  • Strong
    negotiation, communication, and vendor management
    skills.
  • Proficient in
    MS Office and ERP tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
