Job Description:

We are looking for a Procurement Officer experienced in sourcing, purchasing, and managing suppliers for civil construction and interior finishing materials. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge of UAE-based suppliers and experience in handling procurement processes from inquiry to delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers for civil and interior materials.
  • Prepare and evaluate quotations, purchase orders, and supplier contracts.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure materials meet project specifications.
  • Track inventory and manage material procurement schedules in line with project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in procurement for civil and interior projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, interior finishes, and supplier networks in the UAE.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
