Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Officer located in Dubai. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for executing purchase orders, coordinating procurement processes, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and ensuring timely acquisition of materials. Key responsibilities include liaising with vendors, analyzing procurement data to optimize costs, and ensuring compliance with the company's standards and policies. Collaboration with multiple departments to fulfill project requirements is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Purchase Orders and Purchasing operations
  • Skilled in Procurement and Contract Negotiation strategies
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating vendor and market options
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid understanding of supply chain management and sourcing principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
  • Work experience in the marble or natural stone industry is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should have worked in past in Marble industry
