About The Opportunity
A professional services firm operating in the Management Consulting sector, delivering advisory and administrative support to corporate clients across the UAE and GCC. We are scaling our on-site operations hub and seeking a polished front-office professional to represent the business to clients, partners, and visitors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and clients, manage check-ins, issue visitor badges, and maintain a secure, organised reception area.
- Operate the telephone switchboard—route calls, take accurate messages, and manage incoming/outgoing correspondence.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for consultants and meeting rooms to ensure punctual client engagements.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier items; maintain accurate logs and handover records.
- Maintain filing and document management systems, prepare basic administrative documentation, and support ad-hoc office requests.
- Support onboarding logistics for guests and contractors, including visitor policies, access passes, and meeting-room setup.
