AX CAPITAL is seeking a Front Office Executive to represent our brand as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and guests.

The ideal candidate will embody refined professionalism, natural elegance, and composure, serving as the welcoming ambassador of a luxury real estate brand. previous hostess, hospitality, aviation, or luxury service experience

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and business partners with grace and professionalism.
  • Manage front office operations, ensuring a calm, organized, and polished environment.
  • Handle calls, messages, deliveries, and scheduling efficiently.
  • Coordinate with administration and management teams for daily operational needs.
  • Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are immaculate and brand-aligned at all times.
  • Support meetings and VIP visits with discretion and precision.
  • Maintain awareness of office events, schedules, and visitor movements.
  • Represent AX CAPITAL's image with consistency, composure, and elegance.

Core Skills & Experience (Preferred)

  • Candidates with previous
    hostess, hospitality, aviation (e.g., flight attendant), or luxury service experience
