Role Overview

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in driving sales growth and executing marketing activities at Rush-A-Way. The position is split between sales coordination (80%) and marketing operations (20%), ensuring seamless execution across both areas to support the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination

  • Respond to client inquiries, gather key details, and provide personalized assistance.
  • Support Account Executives in preparing proposals, quotations, and client decks.
  • Conduct regular client follow-ups to ensure high engagement and satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update CRM data to support the sales process.
  • Coordinate and build strong relationships with vendors for smooth event execution.
  • Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Prepare internal reports, pitch decks, and supplier coordination
  • Handle CRM data entry, contracts, invoicing, and follow-ups.

Marketing Operations

  • Develop and maintain the social media calendar to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Update and manage website content, design, and features.
  • Plan and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and engage clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Experience in sales coordination and project management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior experience in the events or marketing industry is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
