About Us:

Swytch Marketing is a dynamic marketing agency specializing in creative brand solutions and impactful campaigns. As we gear up for an exciting upcoming exhibition, we're looking for a smart, trustworthy, and driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of a long-term role.

Job Overview:

We're seeking a proactive and resourceful individual with a talent for identifying leads and building relationships. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and confident in communication—both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients and sponsors for an upcoming exhibition.
  • Build and manage contact databases and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare persuasive email campaigns and communication to engage prospects.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Create impactful presentations and professional reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and attend occasional in-person meetings.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, loyalty, and discretion.

Requirements:

  • Must have own valid visa and be able to provide NOC.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional email writing and communication skills.
  • Skilled in internet research and identifying potential business leads.
  • Experience in preparing reports and client presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, trustworthiness, and a team-player attitude.
