Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Location: Dubai

Reports To: Executive Assistant of CEO

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator responsible for driving sales, promoting our products/services, and building strong client relationships. This role combines active selling, marketing campaign execution, and customer engagement to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Actively generate leads and convert them into customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos for potential clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
  • Track and report sales performance regularly.

Marketing:

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives.
  • Manage social media, digital marketing, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create sales materials and content.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve strategies.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and client proposals.
  • Assist with organizing events, product launches, or exhibitions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing (0–2 years preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics.
  • Social media and digital marketing proficiency.
  • Creative problem-solving and presentation skills.
