About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven
Sales & Marketing Executive

to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate is proactive, bilingual, and passionate about sales, marketing, and client relations. This role involves both remote and on-site work, managing leads, attending meetings, supporting creative shoots, and helping drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Conduct daily outreach via
    emails, WhatsApp, and social media DMs

to generate qualified leads.
- Schedule and attend client meetings (both online and in person).
- Present company services clearly and professionally, tailoring proposals to client needs.
- Follow up with prospects, negotiate terms, and
close deals to meet monthly sales targets

.
- Maintain accurate records of communication, proposals, and payments.

Marketing & Creative Support

  • Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Attend and support photoshoots, video shoots, and client productions

when required.
- Assist in gathering client requirements and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
- Support the
Color Zone team

in all marketing and event-related needs.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and act as a liaison between the company and clients for updates and deliverables.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve service quality and client experience.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Track and report all leads, meetings, and conversions on a weekly basis.
  • Coordinate closely with management to plan outreach strategies and achieve performance goals.
  • Maintain high professionalism in all communication and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English

(spoken and written).
- Based in the UAE

with a valid
UAE driving license and personal car

.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or client servicing (agency experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to attend client meetings, events, and production days.
