Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, engage with clients, and ensure excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, providing support and training to clients, and achieving sales targets. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive targets and manage pipelines effectively
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and building lasting relationships
  • Proficiency in organizing and delivering Training sessions to clients or internal teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Experience in digital marketing and familiarity with industry-related tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
