Role Overview:

We're looking for a driven 
Business Development Representative (BDR)
 to join our initial start-up team. You'll be responsible for 
generating and qualifying leads
, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline for SaaS and digital solution offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, qualify and engage potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, emails, calls, and other outbound campaigns.
  2. Present Lumora's product(s) to decision-makers and schedule demos.
  3. Maintain and update CRM records for all leads and client interactions.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align with product goals, capabilities and general communication channels.
  5. Track performance metrics and continuously improve outreach strategies.

Requirements:

  1. 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development. Experience in SaaS, Tech or Digital industries is preferred.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. (Arabic is a plus)
  3. Confidence in using tech tools such as LinkerIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email automation, and similar platforms.
  4. Proactive, Goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  5. Must be legally eligible to work in the U.A.E. (UAE based applicants will be prioritized.)
