Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our company's growth in Chinese-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our products/services to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Chinese-speaking regions.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and distributors.
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations in Chinese and English.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and business activities in CRM systems.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and business meetings (as required).
  • Translate and localize marketing materials, proposals, and other business documents as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in business development, sales, or client management—preferably in a cross-border or B2B environment.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
