Business Development Representative (BDR) - MENA (Arabic Speaking)

This is a rare opportunity to join a globally respected commodities price reporting and intelligence business as it builds a dedicated MENA presence. As the first BDR focused on the region, you will be central to creating pipeline, opening new accounts, and accelerating revenue growth.
You will work closely with senior commercial leadership, have genuine autonomy, and a clear progression path into an Account Executive or Business Development Manager role.

What you will be doing
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across MENA
- Prospect into target accounts (phone, email, LinkedIn), engaging Arabic and English speaking stakeholders
- Qualify opportunities through discovery conversations (needs, budget, decision process, timelines)
- Set meetings and support product demos for senior sales, progressing opportunities through the funnel
- Follow up on inbound leads quickly and intelligently, converting interest into qualified pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce, tracking activity, notes, and next steps
- Partner with marketing and sales to refine outreach messaging and improve conversion rates
- Share market feedback and competitor intel to support the MENA go to market approach
What you will bring
- Fluent Arabic (spoken and written)
and strong professional English - 1-4+ years in B2B new business, BDR/SDR, or inside sales roles (data, SaaS, subscriptions, or professional services preferred)
- Strong prospecting ability and confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- A consultative, commercially sharp approach to qualification and pipeline development
- Comfortable with CRM and prospecting tools (Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo or similar)
- Interest in commodities, pricing, market intelligence, and/or the energy transition (or ability to learn fast)
- Driven, resilient, and motivated by targets and progression
