Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong B2B background in selling products or services to hotels.

This role requires someone who already deals with hotel procurement, operations, or management teams, and has existing connections within the UAE hospitality sector.

If you have experience supplying hotels with technology, equipment, SaaS, POS systems, hotel supplies we want to meet you.

This is a client-facing, outdoor sales role focused on introducing hospitality solutions to hotels and resorts across the UAE.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand business with hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups.
  • Approach and build relationships with hotel decision-makers (Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, GM).
  • Present and promote hospitality solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Handle complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and generate consistent pipelines.
  • Attend hospitality events, trade shows, and networking meetings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience dealing directly with hotels (must-have).
  • Existing network or contacts with hotel procurement/operations in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Professional, confident, and comfortable with outdoor sales.
  • UAE driving license is plus.
  • Fluent in English.
