Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive with experience in dermatology to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, manage client relationships, and expand our dermatology services across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the dermatology sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Promote the company's dermatology services and solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.
  • Represent the company professionally at events, meetings, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Driving license is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in dermatology sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in healthcare sales, especially dermatology, is highly valued.
