Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist to join our growing team at Rhodes & Collins LLC. This role focuses on identifying and generating new business opportunities in auditing, accounting, and business setup services across the UAE. The successful candidate will manage lead generation, nurture client relationships, and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to contribute significantly to the firm's revenue growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities in auditing, accounting, tax advisory, and business setup services
  • Manage lead generation efforts, including qualification and timely follow-up
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships by understanding and anticipating their needs
  • Coordinate with audit, tax, and business setup teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activities to shape business strategies
  • Prepare proposals and presentations; participate in client engagements and industry events
  • Support account management to ensure high client satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably within auditing, accounting, consulting, or related professional services
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet targets and work effectively under deadlines
  • Good knowledge of UAE auditing, financial compliance, corporate tax, and business setup processes is an advantage
  • Results-driven, confident, and ready to grow with a firm that values integrity, quality, and professional advancement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Collaborative team player adaptable to a dynamic business environment
