Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the electrical and industrial market sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, distributors, and key clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and technical proposals to clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in coordination with management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on project inquiries, quotations, and tenders to ensure closure.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market data.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales within the electrical industry (lighting, switchgear, cables, panels, etc.).
- Strong understanding of electrical products and project sales process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid UAE driving license
