We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our patient base, strengthen partnerships, and expand our presence in the eye care industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare marketing, outreach, or business growth — ideally within ophthalmology, optometry, or medical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase patient footfall and brand visibility.
- Identify and build relationships with referring physicians, clinics, corporate partners, and community organizations.
- Drive marketing campaigns, events, and outreach programs to promote eye health awareness.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to set and achieve business targets.
- Prepare reports and presentations to track performance and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in business development or healthcare marketing.
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of the eye care or healthcare industry is an advantage.
