Role Description
This contract role of Business Development Executive is an on-site position based in Al Majaz 1, Sharjah. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and representing NCC's services to prospective partners. The officer will evaluate market trends, ensure the alignment of client needs with NCC services, and support strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and skills to identify growth opportunities.
- Strong Analytical Skills to monitor market trends and assess data for informed decision-making.
- Knowledge of Finance to manage client partnerships and business transactions effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and internal coordination.
- Customer Service orientation to build and sustain trusted, professional relationships.
- Experience with migration or recruitment industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while delivering quality results.

Pay: AED2, AED6,500.00 per month
