Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Delegates Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and developing sales opportunities, building strong relationships with potential and existing delegates, and understanding their business needs to offer tailored solutions. The Delegates Sales Executive will manage the full sales cycle, maintain accurate sales records, and collaborate closely with the marketing and event teams to ensure a seamless experience for attendees. Meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction will be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales strategies, account management, and lead generation
- Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable event-related solutions
- Experience in B2B sales and relationship-building
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
