The role would be ideal for a candidate who is experienced in Delegate sales and looking to start their career in a fast paced and exciting international event organizing environment in Dubai and internationally.
The full-time Delegate Sales Acquisition Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and fulfillment of selling delegate places for events/conferences and social upcoming events (some of the upcoming events are not published yet), The sales will be for many upcoming international events being planned such as
Fashion, Tech, Commodity and Energy events with the focus on the sustainability.
This key role is responsible for establishing the strategies and philosophies that will drive your future sales team and plans to achieve targeted revenue objectives, ensuring that decisions drive the long-term success of the department and the group.
Primary Responsibilities
•Selling delegate passes for events/conferences or social events
•Conducting thorough research to source new leads relevant to each event
•Good communication skills and confident telephone manners are essential.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
•Confident approach in dealing with senior contacts
•Positive, enthusiastic, outgoing, and determined to succeed
•Effectively contact all key prospects by telephone daily
•Database management
•Ability to manage basic negotiations, handle objections and close sales
•Willing to build a strong sales team and grow with the company fast
Requirements:
. Previous minimum 2 years Delegates Acquisition Sales Experience for a well-known event management company is mandatory

· Achievement of objectives as set in the sales plan within the established timelines.
· Increase community engagement and brand awareness.
· Creative, decisive, effective communication and relationship-building skills.

· Able to multitask on a regular basis.
· Strong team player with a strong initiative to build and manage a sales team

· Compensations: Basic salary + very attractive commissions on sales (up to 50% comm on net sales) + attractive performance bonus per event payable after every event + potential travel for events internationally
