Delegate Sales Executive – B2B Sales
Job description
Your primary job function is to sell a range of 'participation packages' (including delegate tickets, gala dinner tickets and tables, exhibition stands, online/ published advertising and membership subscriptions) over the telephone
This is a sales role which involves selling to high level executives in a particular industry. You will work our team to understand the event and target market and build the value proposition to successfully drive paid sales.
Delegates attend events in order to bolster their company's profile and visibility; therefore, it is a Delegate Sales Executive's role to engage with clients and make them aware of the benefits of attending a specific conference or event.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Sell delegate and sponsorship packages via phone/email
- Engage with executives to communicate value and close deals
- Generate leads, handle objections, and manage pipelines
- Hit monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Support clients through the registration process
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams
- Maintain accurate sales records (CRM)
Skills and experience required:
- Proactive, confident communicator
- Strong phone and negotiation skills
- Sales-driven, resilient, and motivated by targets
- Quick learner with good time management
- Comfortable speaking with senior professionals

Qualifications-
• Bachelor's Degree
• Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Articulate in written and spoken English
