We are looking for a
Senior SAP FICO Consultant / Subject Matter Expert (SME)
who will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial systems strategy across both on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the SAP FICO Subject Matter Expert (SME) for financial accounting and controlling processes across global and regional implementations.
  • Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions in both on-premise and cloud (S/4HANA) environments.
  • Provide strategic guidance on SAP financial transformation, cloud migration, and system optimization initiatives.
  • Own the full lifecycle of SAP FICO implementations — from business requirement analysis and blueprinting to configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
  • Configure and manage complex FICO components including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, Cost Centers, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
  • Drive SAP BCM (Bank Communication Management) and Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC) integrations for efficient and compliant payment processes.
  • Implement Group Reporting, Funds Management, and Parallel Ledger functionalities supporting IFRS and multi-GAAP reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • 8–12 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with proven SME or lead consulting experience.
  • Hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA Finance (On-premise and Cloud).
  • Deep understanding of SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Funds Management, and Group Reporting.
  • Strong technical proficiency in EBS, BCM, MBC (ISO 20022 / MT940 / MT103), and Bank Integration.
  • Experience with migration projects, upgrades, and S/4HANA transformation programs.
  • Working knowledge of SAP RAR, IFRS 15, and IFRS 16 applications within SAP environments.
