About the Role:

WMS is seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager – SAP Solutions to drive immediate revenue generation through an existing network, strong pipeline, and proven closure capabilities in SAP services. This is a high-impact role and the ideal candidate must have direct experience working with an SAP Partner, deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem, and strong relationships with decision-makers across key industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Planning & Strategy
Own and execute account-level sales strategy with a clear focus on achieving and exceeding assigned revenue targets.

Future Sales Growth Planning
Develop and drive actionable sales plans that translate into measurable growth and market expansion in the ERP/SAP segment.

Sales Pipeline Ownership
Build, manage, and continuously strengthen a high-quality, conversion-ready pipeline, maintaining complete accuracy in the CRM across all stages.

Sales Forecasting & Revenue Predictability
Deliver reliable, data-driven sales forecasts, ensuring high accuracy in revenue prediction and clear visibility of short-term and long-term opportunities.

Prospecting & Deal Conversion
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through direct engagement with decision-makers, driving consistent deal closures.

Solution Positioning & Demonstrations
Lead persuasive, value-based demonstrations that clearly map SAP solutions to business outcomes, accelerating decision-making and purchase intent.

Cross-Functional Sales Execution
Partner closely with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to shorten sales cycles and ensure smooth handover of closed deals.

Commercial Negotiation & Closing
Own negotiations end-to-end, closing deals that are commercially strong, compliant, and aligned with profitability goals.

Market & Competitive Intelligence
Continuously analyses market trends, competitor movements, and customer needs, using insights to gain a competitive advantage in sales strategy.

Performance Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Provide structured, result-focused reporting on wins, gaps, and trends, driving continuous improvement in sales effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (Master's / MBA preferred)
  • 6–10+ years of experience in enterprise IT / SAP solution sales
  • Previous employment with an SAP Partner or SAP Consulting firm (mandatory)
  • Proven success in closing large-value enterprise deals (USD 200,000+)
  • Demonstrated active network and revenue pipeline across GCC, MENA, and India
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP ecosystem, including S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, and Ariba
  • Highly results-driven, with a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding targets
