Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled
SAP Financials and SAC Planning Consultant
to join a dynamic transformation project in the UAE. This role requires
deep expertise in both SAP Financials (FICO)
and
SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning
, with a strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the
    design, development, and implementation
    of SAC Planning models and dashboards.
  • Conduct
    requirement gathering workshops
    with business stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Integrate SAC Planning with
    SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA
    , and other ERP systems.
  • Configure
    Data Actions, Multi-Actions, Advanced Formulas, Allocations, and Value Driver Trees (VDT)
    .
  • Build
    input-ready stories
    , dashboards, and visualizations in SAC.
  • Support
    financial consolidation, planning cycles
    , and
    forecasting processes
    .
  • Collaborate with finance teams to optimize planning workflows and ensure
    data accuracy and consistency
    .
  • Provide
    training and support
    to end-users and key stakeholders.
  • Document all configurations and deliverables with clarity and precision.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 8–10 years
    of experience in SAP Financials (FICO).
  • Minimum 5 years
    of hands-on experience in
    SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    FP&A processes
    , budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience in
    writing FSDs, FUTs
    , and conducting
    design workshops
    .
  • Proficiency in
    SAC scripting
    , data wrangling, and predictive forecasting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP SAC Planning Certification.
  • Experience with
    SAP BPC
    ,
    SAP Datasphere
    , or
    SAP Joule
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Agile project methodologies
    .
  • Prior experience delivering SAC Planning solutions in the
    Middle East region
    .
