**Job Title**: Estimation Manager - Aluminum & Façade

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Estimation Activities**:

- Manage the preparation and submission of accurate cost estimates, bids, and tender documentation for façade and aluminum works.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documents to determine project requirements.
- **Tender Management**:

- Oversee the tendering process including quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and supplier/subcontractor quotations.
- Review and evaluate technical and commercial requirements of tender documents.
- **Cost Analysis & Budgeting**:

- Develop cost plans, budgets, and forecasting for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Manage and mentor the estimation team, ensuring high levels of performance, accuracy, and accountability.
- Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and review outputs for consistency and completeness.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Collaborate with design, procurement, planning, and project execution teams to ensure alignment of cost estimates with operational needs.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors during pre
- and post-tender stages.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of material prices, labor costs, and market trends in the aluminum and façade industry in the UAE and GCC region.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of suppliers and subcontractors.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare detailed estimation reports for management review.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of historical costs, material prices, and vendor information.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of **8-15 years** of relevant experience in estimation for aluminum and façade projects in the UAE/GCC region.
- Strong understanding of aluminum systems, curtain walls, cladding, and glazing solutions.
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, Bluebeam, Planswift, etc.).
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with design-and-build contracts or turnkey façade packages.
- Familiarity with international standards and local UAE regulations related to façade engineering.

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
