**Responsibilities**:

- **Maintain accurate records of project estimates, revisions, and correspondence with clients and subcontractors.**:

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.**:

- **Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry, with specific expertise in facade systems estimation preferred.**:

- **Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools, such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar programs.**:

- **Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex project documents and specifications.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines without compromising accuracy.
- **Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to facade construction in the UAE is a plus.**:

- **Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and willingness to learn new techniques and technologies.**

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
