**Job Title**: Estimator - Interior

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cost Estimation**: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior projects including materials, labor, and overhead costs, based on project drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- **Project Evaluation**: Review project blueprints and specifications to determine the scope of work, and identify any potential issues or opportunities for cost savings.
- **Bid Preparation**: Collect, analyze, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotes to create competitive bids, ensuring accurate pricing for all interior elements.
- **Cost Control**: Monitor and track project costs during the construction or renovation phase to ensure adherence to the original estimate, providing updates and revisions as necessary.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with interior designers, architects, project managers, and subcontractors to clarify project details and ensure alignment with design intentions and budget constraints.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed of current market trends, material prices, and industry standards to provide up-to-date and competitive estimates.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present detailed cost reports, budget breakdowns, and financial forecasts for clients and internal stakeholders.
- **Documentation**: Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and change orders for future reference and compliance.
- **Client Relations**: Engage with clients to discuss and negotiate project scope, costs, and timelines as needed.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in interior estimating, cost planning, or related roles in the construction or design industry.
- Strong understanding of interior construction methods, materials, and finishes.
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting, project scheduling, and procurement processes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Estimating or Project Management (e.g., AACE, RICS).
- Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
- Experience in both commercial and residential interior projects.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
