**Job Title**: Estimation Manager - Aluminum & Façade
**Location**: United Arab Emirates
**Position Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Estimation & Tendering**
- Lead the preparation of accurate cost estimates for façade and aluminum systems including curtain walls, cladding, windows, and doors.
- Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements.
- Prepare **comprehensive and compliant tender submissions** within stipulated timelines.

**2. Cost Analysis & Risk Assessment**
- Conduct detailed cost analyses including direct, indirect, and overhead costs.
- Identify risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for value engineering.
- Recommend cost-saving and design optimization strategies during the tender stage.

**3. Vendor & Supplier Coordination**
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive technical and commercial quotations.
- Maintain an updated **database of material prices, labor rates, and historical project costs.**:

- Evaluate and compare offers to ensure the best value for the company.

**4. Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Coordinate with design, technical, and procurement teams to ensure estimates reflect the most practical and efficient solutions.
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to support pricing and bidding strategies.
- Participate in **post-tender clarifications, negotiations, and contract reviews.**

**5. Team Management & Process Improvement**
- Lead and mentor a team of estimators and quantity surveyors.
- Standardize estimation templates, processes, and cost control systems for improved efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and project requirements.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying,** or a related field.
- **10-15 years** of experience in estimation for **Aluminum & Façade** projects, with at least **3 years in a managerial role.**:

- Strong knowledge of **curtain walls, structural glazing, cladding, and aluminum system design.**:

- Proficiency in **MS Excel, AutoCAD,** and estimation software such as **CCS, Candy, PlanSwift, or equivalent.**:

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
