**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare BOQs, detailed cost estimates, and tender documentation for fit-out projects.
- Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Source, compare, and evaluate vendor/supplier quotations for materials and subcontractor works.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams to align costings with project scope.
- Maintain and regularly update cost databases for materials, labor, and subcontractors.
- Validate technical drawings to ensure accurate coverage of project scope.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- **3-5 years of proven experience** in estimation within the fit-out or interior contracting sector.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good knowledge of local market pricing, suppliers, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
