**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Estimation & Tendering**
- Lead the preparation of detailed and competitive cost estimates for aluminum and façade systems including curtain walls, cladding, windows, louvers, and doors.
- Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements.
- Deliver comprehensive and compliant tender submissions within tight deadlines.

**2. Cost Analysis & Risk Assessment**
- Break down costs into direct, indirect, overheads, and contingencies.
- Identify risks, discrepancies, and cost optimization opportunities within tender documents.
- Recommend value engineering alternatives to improve competitiveness and profitability.

**3. Vendor & Supplier Coordination**
- Source competitive quotations from suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Maintain and update cost databases, market rates, and historical pricing records.
- Evaluate and negotiate technical and commercial offers for best value procurement.

**4. Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and operations teams to align estimates with execution strategies.
- Partner with sales and business development teams to formulate pricing strategies.
- Support post-tender negotiations, clarifications, and contract finalization.

**5. Team Leadership & Process Improvement**
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of estimators and quantity surveyors.
- Standardize estimation procedures, tools, and templates to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Drive compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and industry best practices.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- **10-15 years of experience** in aluminum and façade estimation, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of curtain walls, stick and unitized systems, structural glazing, cladding, and architectural aluminum solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software such as CCS (Candy), PlanSwift, or equivalent.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and negotiation ability.
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
