Responsibilities:

1. Planning and executing special campaigns in partnership with banks.
2. Coordinating kiosk placements for card promotions.
3. Resolving customer issues related to co-brand cards.
4. Managing budget allocations and ensuring timely payment reimbursements.
5. Proactively approaching banks for new campaigns and promotions.
6. Preparing performance reports on co-brand cards, tracking usage and trends.
7. Promoting easy payment plans to enhance customer engagement.
8. Overseeing the redemption of bank points programs.
9. Monitoring gift card stock availability and coordinating timely replenishment.
10. Designing and implementing the media plan for gift card marketing.
11. Planning in-store branding for both general and seasonal campaigns.
12. Creating and analyzing monthly reports (including YTD comparison and breakage analysis).
13. Approaching potential clients to grow the gift card business.
14. Customizing gift cards for corporate and bulk orders.
15. Managing sales targets for gift cards across stores and ensuring they are met.
16. Handling gift card issues at the store level and collaborating to resolve them.
17. Onboarding new aggregators and coordinating marketing campaigns with them.
18. Supporting government programs that involve gift card distribution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Min Bachelor's Degree
2. Min 2 - 6 yrs Exp
3. Immediate joiners will have added advantage.
