About The Team And Role

The Client Acquisition Group is tasked with scaling up Yubi Loans by increasing the SME borrower base through effective pitching and onboarding of clients.

Location: Dubai

Primary Responsibilities

1. Identify target SME and Corporate borrowers across all financing products, presenting Yubi's value proposition and onboarding them on Yubi Loans Platform.
2. Evaluate target SME and Corporate borrowers to ascertain product fit.
3. Conduct business development activities to convert targets into customers.
4. Initiate and manage client engagement; build relationships with CXO/CFO and Treasury Teams.
5. Understand borrowers' debt challenges and pitch Yubi's offerings accordingly.
6. Ensure smooth handover to the internal transaction execution team.
7. Monitor transaction and fulfilment status regularly to prevent borrower dormancy.
8. Seek feedback from onboarded borrowers to enhance their experience and relay insights to technology teams.

Required Skills

1. 6 to 10 years of experience in acquiring SME and Corporate clients for enterprise financing.
2. Experience in SME and Commercial Banking asset products.
3. Self-starter with ambitions to scale up a business rapidly.
4. Avid networker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Focus on driving unit profitability and demonstrating entrepreneurial skills.
6. Proven track record of meeting sales goals and managing the sales process.
7. Experience selling at the C level and navigating large organizations.
8. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple relationships.
9. Bachelor's in Finance and Accounting.
10. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
11. Ability to work under pressure and deliver on targets.
