To identify fleet sales opportunities within the UAE market and promote Hyundai products while achieving 100% customer satisfaction. To visit prospective clients and identify their needs and requirements with the objective of supplying the range of Hyundai products and services.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Build lasting long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop a structured client profile prospecting plan through detailed market analysis and client research targeting government, corporate companies, rental companies, and institutions.
2. Plan regular visits to both new and existing clients. Ensure contact reports are reviewed by the Fleet Sales Manager.
3. Offer and engage in vehicle demonstrations with existing and prospective clients.
4. Maintain a complete understanding of all product specifications, prices, discount structures, and product availability.
5. Follow all sales, administration, delivery, and financial accounting policies and procedures as per company policy.
6. Monitor competitor activities regarding pricing, competitive offers, and product launches in the market.
7. Provide assistance to clients concerning after-sales issues or concerns.
8. Be responsible for the delivery of vehicles in line with company policy and procedures.
9. Ensure compliance with all new vehicle delivery procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 2-3 years of experience in the same field.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
3. Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, results-oriented with a positive outlook, customer-oriented, with a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
