Ownership & Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy Development:
Direct and manage all pre-sales activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with the Delivery Head to coordinate consulting efforts and oversee program and project management.
Technical Expertise:
Act as the primary technical resource for formulating and leading pre-sales technical and functional support activities. Provide expert guidance to prospective clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our Salesforce solutions.
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. Conduct needs assessments to ensure that our solutions align with client requirements, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Sales Process Management:
Lead all aspects of the technical sales process, from initial engagement to final presentation. Develop and deliver compelling solution presentations and demonstrations that effectively showcase the benefits of our offerings.
Mentorship and Team Development:
Serve as a mentor and technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Architectural Advisement:
Advise internal teams and external clients on overall architectural solutions, ensuring that proposed solutions are viable and aligned with industry best practices.
Complex Solution Development:
Focus on sales opportunities that require creative and complex solutions, leveraging your extensive knowledge of Salesforce and related domains.
Requirements
Experience:
15+ years of strong business experience in the Salesforce domain, with a proven track record in presales or implementation of tier 1 solutions across multiple domains.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills especially Arabic are a plus.
Project Management Skills:
Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
People Management Skills:
Demonstrated experience in people and team management, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Consulting and Client Engagement:
Previous experience in consulting roles with a strong focus on client engagement and relationship management.
Leadership Skills:
Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Communication Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
Dynamic Environment Adaptability:
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and challenges.
Enterprise Solution Delivery:
Relevant experience in Salesforce solution delivery is a plus.
