Capital Motion owns and operates some of the leading licensed restaurants in the UAE and we are currently hiring. Our available jobs are related to restaurant operations, including F&B service, waitresses/waiters, hostesses, kitchen and bar operations as well as venue management.

All our jobs offer a complete package with residence visa, accommodation, transportation, annual paid vacation, health insurance in addition to basic salary.

Job Description

Objectives of this role:

Represent the company's services and facilities, understand the comprehensive knowledge to meet the customer needs. Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedules to call on existing and potential customers and associate with the sales and marketing team to align the business strategies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed restaurant sales goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Work with marketing teams to promote the restaurant's events, specials, and offerings.
- Manage and secure group bookings, private events, and catering orders.
- Track sales performance and analyze results to adjust strategies as necessary.
- Attend networking events, local business gatherings, and community initiatives to increase restaurant visibility.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Prepare sales reports and forecast revenue for the restaurant.
- Handle guest feedback, resolving any issues that could impact the restaurant's reputation.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including greeting guests, seating arrangements, and service delivery.
- Manage and lead front-of-house team members, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
- Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they meet service standards and operational procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with a positive and proactive approach.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies and procedures.
- Assist in managing reservations, special events, and private bookings.
- Assist with staff scheduling and payroll management.

Qualifications

Required skills and qualifications:

• Three or more years of sales experience within the hospitality industry

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills

• Proficiency with sales management software

• Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
