What is the job?

Working as a Guest Experience Supervisor, you will ensure all team members are trained and maintaining Holiday Inn's brand service style and behavior; you will supervise the day-to-day team with the support of the Duty Manager and Front Office Manager. You'll have ambition, talent, and some essential skills. We're seeking someone passionate about creating great guest experiences for this vital role.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

  • Manage check-in and check-out for all hotel guests;
  • Manage all transactions (Cash, Cheque, and Electronic payment);
  • Manage scheduling for front office, inventory management, and assist with daily briefings;
  • Participate in enrolling hotel guests into the IHG rewards program and assist with all inquiries;
  • Handle and anticipate all hotel guests' inquiries;
  • Responsible for the creation of profiles in the system for all hotel guests;
  • Responsible for all other ad hoc duties.

What are we looking for?

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years call-centre or hotel operations experience within a 4/5 Star Hotel/Hospitality sector;
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role;
  • Hospitality degree;
  • Advanced in writing and speaking English; other languages advantageous;
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members;
  • Attention to detail and service orientation.
