- Support in troubleshooting and resolving merchant issues under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Learn how to guide merchants on using our platform effectively and provide basic training.
- Collaborate with the team to escalate and resolve merchant issues in a timely manner.
- Gain experience in documenting and maintaining accurate records of merchant interactions.
- Enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to learn about customer service in a Fintech environment.
- Problem-solving abilities and a willingness to assist merchants with empathy and patience.
- Ability to work part-time during the summer with a potential interest in continuing part-time afterward.
- Basic proficiency in using customer support software is an advantage.
